Privacy Policy

Vision Music Visualizer · Esketit LLC · Effective July 19, 2026

Vision Music Visualizer collects no data about you. Your audio is never recorded, never stored, and never uploaded.

Microphone

The app uses your device's microphone for one purpose: analyzing the music playing around you, in real time, to drive the visualizations. Audio is processed on your device in memory. It is never recorded and never stored. The app has no ability to save audio.

Song identification

While you're listening, the app can identify the song that's playing so it can show you the title and album art and lock the visuals to the track's true tempo. This works the way Shazam does, using Apple's ShazamKit framework:

Neither request contains personal information, identifiers, or your audio, and we operate no servers of our own — nothing about these lookups is collected or retained by us.

What we collect

Purchases

The optional lifetime unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details, and the app stores no purchase information beyond the entitlement Apple provides to your device.

Accounts, ads, and third parties

The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, and no third-party analytics SDKs. Its only network activity is the song identification described above — anonymous fingerprints to Apple and a public catalog lookup to Deezer.

Children

Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.

Changes

If a future version of the app ever changes how it handles data, this policy will be updated here before that version ships, with a new effective date.
